Both titles refer to the exact same application and share the exact same community database and features. The names differ slightly to adhere to character limits and store naming guidelines specific to the Google Play Store ("INC Worship Schedule") and the Apple App Store ("INC Schedule").
No. This app is an independent, non-commercial reference tool created by Wilfred Cruz for the personal convenience of members and visitors searching for chapel locations and service times worldwide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, or published by the Church Administration.
All verified congregation schedules, addresses, and contact numbers are stored in a local SQLite database directly on your device. You can search congregations, view districts, and check schedules even when traveling through areas with no cellular reception or Wi-Fi. When your phone reconnects to the internet, newly approved updates from the Firebase cloud database automatically sync into your local SQLite store.
To maintain high data quality and prevent spam, users create a free contributor account with their email address. Once logged in, tap the "Submit Update" or "+" button in the app. You can submit the congregation name, physical address, district, public contact details, worship timings (e.g. Thursday 7:30 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM), and optional exterior chapel photos.
Every submission goes through an Admin Review Workflow. An administrator checks the proposed details against public reference records to ensure accuracy:
- Approved: The submission is committed to the cloud and synced down to all users' offline SQLite databases.
- Cancelled: If inaccurate, missing critical information, or violating photo standards, the submission is rejected and not published.
This review process typically takes between 24 and 48 hours.
Photos should depict the exterior architecture of the house of worship, public entrance, or official congregation signpost to help travelers recognize the location. Photos containing identifiable worshippers, minors, interior sanctuaries during service, or private vehicles with readable license plates will be cancelled by moderators.
