Terms of Use

The application serves solely as an offline-first informational reference directory for worship service schedules, congregational addresses, ecclesiastical district listings, and public contact information. It is provided for the personal informational convenience of members and guests seeking worship service locations worldwide.

By downloading, installing, registering an account, or browsing directory data within the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

The developer, administrators, and contributors of this application do not represent, speak on behalf of, or possess ecclesiastical authority from the Iglesia Ni Cristo Church Administration.

The app does not issue church directives, ecclesiastical rulings, or doctrinal interpretations. Worship schedules and contact numbers compiled within the directory are community-sourced reference data subject to local congregational verification.

You agree to access and use the application only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract congregational information, contact numbers, or photos.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, compromise, or bypass the application code or cloud security rules.
• Impersonate church officials, resident ministers, district staff, or other users.
• Flood, spam, or submit fake congregation records into the administrative moderation queue.
• Use the app to harass, solicit, or send unauthorized communications to published congregation contact numbers.

To help maintain an up-to-date directory, registered users may submit proposed updates for congregations they attend or visit. Submissions may include:

• Local congregation name and geographical district
• Physical street address and map coordinates
• Public congregation contact details
• Worship service schedules and day/time timings
• Photographs of the local congregation facility exterior

When submitting information, you certify that all information submitted is accurate to the best of your direct knowledge and complies with our content guidelines.

All user contributions are subject to rigorous moderation before being distributed to other app users:

Administrative Discretion: The app administrator retains full discretion to approve, reject, edit, or remove any submission, photo, or directory listing without prior notice.

Users are strictly forbidden from uploading submissions or photos containing:

• Photographs depicting worshippers' faces, identifiable minors, private residences, or license plates.
• Copyrighted images taken from third-party websites, brochures, or social media without express authorization.
• Defamatory, offensive, derogatory, obscene, or controversial material.
• Fabricated or intentionally incorrect worship service times that could mislead visitors.
• Commercial advertisements, solicitations, political endorsements, or unrelated external links.

App Ownership: The application codebase, SQLite database architecture, graphical user interface, app icons, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Wilfred Cruz.

License to User Submissions: By submitting congregation data or photos, you grant the developer a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, format, cache, and display the content within the application for directory purposes.

Third-Party Trademarks: "Iglesia Ni Cristo" and local congregation designations are referenced strictly for nominative, identification, and geographical accuracy. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

THE APPLICATION AND ALL DIRECTORY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Worship service schedules, venues, and contact information are subject to sudden change by local church congregations without notice (e.g., due to special gatherings, chapel renovations, or district adjustments). While our admin moderation strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee that schedule times or addresses are free from error.

Users are advised to verify schedules directly with local congregational leadership. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from missed services, travel delays, reliance on directory details, or service interruptions.

Termination by Developer: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately and without notice if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent submissions are detected.

Voluntary Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time using in-app options or by visiting our Delete Account Page. Account deletion permanently removes your authentication credentials and unlinks your personal profile.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in competent courts located in the Philippines.
